Bike Fest

Bike North Berkshireis a grassroots coalition of citizens and organizations in Northern Berkshire working together to promote safe bicycling for recreation, physical fitness and environmentally friendly transportation.

BIKEfest 2012

We are currently planning events for the First Annual Bike North Berkshire BIKEfest to be held May 13–19th during national Bike month.

MASS MoCAwill be the venue for two of BIKEfests main events, a documentary Bike Film Night and a family Bike Rodeo. At our main event of the week, the Bike Rodeo, adults and children will participate in fun events and get a bike safety check, have their helmets checked, learn important street safety skills and learn about State bike rules for safe cycling. Parents can learn about bike commuting and about the Safe Routes to School program. MASS MoCA “Kids Space”will offer bike decorating followed by a bike parade.
